                            Our website administrator has been experiencing issues with the email system this week since Monday morning. The problem affected incoming and outgoing mail. I was unable to receive messages for most of Monday, and my sent messages on Monday and Tuesday seem to have been dumped in a queue that caused them to send days later. The administrators have been working hard to fix the problem, and have installed new email servers and updated software. 
Nevertheless, some clients have said that they have received my emails a few days late. I am in the office today (9/27) so feel free to call if you believe I have not replied to your email. 
Below are the notes from my system administrator on the issue. I am hopeful that full functionality will be restored by Monday, 9/30. Thank you for your patience. 
          
              
              
                Service Outage:               
              September 26, 2013- First part of Hmail solution implemented

            The first half of our fix for Hmail has been 
implemented.  We now have new outgoing spam filters in place and have 
redirected our outgoing mail to other ports so that emails can be sent 
without being caught by blacklists. We are continuing to configure the 
new system to reduce the amount of incoming spam being received.  We 
appreciate your continued patience.

              September 25, 2013 – Hmail systems upgrade in progress.

            We are still in the process of upgrading our email system
 to alleviate the sending/receiving issues including problems with spam 
and blacklists. This upgrade involves various complexities and will take
 some time to install and  configure the new systems.  We apologize for 
this interruption in service as it may take several days to implement

              September 24, 2013 – Estimated ETA for email issues.

            We have just been notified that we will be receiving 
brand new email servers via overnight delivery.  It will take a few days
 to install, configure, and clear up any outstanding blacklist issues. 
Because there are many variables we can only estimate that it will take 
at least 2-3 days minimum. We will update you when we have more

              September 24, 2013- Hmail sending and receiving problems reported (update)

            We are continuing to see some problems with Hmail sending
 and delivery.  We are working on identifying and implementing a 
solution for the problem.  As of yesterday afternoon some email was 
starting to be delivered but there may be additional delays and bounces 
until a solution is found.  We understand the importance of email and 
are working to get this corrected as soon as possible.
